All sales are final, but we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or store credit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
